I'd imagine you could build one of these into a cheapo carto tank with next to no effort, or go the whole hog and get a project box, battery holder, switch and 510 connector...

I was thinking about cleaning out a couple of the vivis I've got kicking around.

Cut the posts short and solder those to BT+ and BT-

Then press fit a 510 connector into the top section or use another bottom piece with the 510 connector but push that out and press fit a normal 510 connector.

Using a bottom nova section would look best, might see if I can source them as parts

Yeah, why put them in a battery box when we have a power source already in out hands right? Gonna see what they fit this avo when orders have gone out

Ok, they don't fit in nova tanks, unless you file down the edges of the meter and even then they're not long enough.

And the 6ml tanks I have aren't quite long enough.

So.....

I need some tube, 18.3mm ID 0.75mm or 1mm wall at about 45mm length

What you want is some of that clear resin which you could encase the connectors and metre in, and some sort of a mold.
