Hey guys I'm looking for a backup/new mod.

I'm using a profile RTA with a Ageis mini. (USB only)
Love it but sometimes I'm getting caught out on battery life if I forget to charge.
I vape between 57-69 watts.
Currently I charge 2-3 times a day.
would I mod with one 18650 be a good replacement or would I need a mod with two batteries?
Thinking of this?

Idealy I don't want a big fat chunk, box mods look better IMO.

Budget is around £40 if there's any better ideas.

I'm an MTL vaper and I rarely go over 10 watts ............... a single 18650 is fine for me all day, but at your wattage you'd either be better off with two 18650s or a different battery size altogether, which I'm sure others can advise on. The other alternative is to get a single 18650 mod and take a spare charged 18650 battery out with you (safely boxed or wrapped) to swop in if you need it.

Have a look at the Vaporesso armour pro. Slim ,great chip and it takes 21700 battery. This is my go to work/ out of the house vape for 7 month now and I love it. I vape on temp curve at about 45w. Will depend a lot on how much you vape. Charges via usb , the cip know to do fast charge also at 2 amps if you require. I charge at 1 amp and it is fast enough.

You’re certainly taxing your Aegis, charging it so often. At 50w+ I’d be looking for a dual battery mod personally.

Aegos Mini is 2200mAh which is roughly the same as a 18650 (they do vary generally between 2500 and 3000mAh. so you'd be getting slightly more life out of one. since you're charging multiple times a day you can just buy a 2 bay charger and charge one while you use one then flip them around so no downtime. I can't help you with a specific mod as I'm a triple 18650r I'm sure someone else will be along to advise.

edit* actually what the others said is true 50w could be pushing it depending on resistance so a dual battery mod makes more sense for safety reasons. whatever load you put on it would be divided between the two batteries. plus you'd have double the life! could be nearer to triple your current battery life.

The Mechman looks pretty good to me for a dual 18650. I prefer a dual 21700 myself though. Shame there's not that many on the market.

For the kinda wattage you are using you would be best off with a dual battery mod, and ideally you should be using batteries that are married together, this means batteries that are used together and charged together, personally I’d buy 2 sets, so 4 batteries in total, label them set A and set B, so you don’t get them mixed up, you should easily get a full days vaping out of them, charging with usb is generally not good practice, much better and safer to be using an external charger...
So suggestions taking into account your £40 budget...

As above, at that wattage you're gonna need a dual battery mod.

I run mine in the mid to high 20 watts range and have to swap batteries once a day...
