Ordered the knuckle RDA and it duly arrived.... without a fuckin' build deck or the spares baggy. Emailed them, would have been as well howling at the moon. So I noticed on their site it mentioned the DR deck would fit and here we are... think someone has taken pity on me from here though

i wont use ralfy again had a similar thing with my last two orders no spares with one item as advertised and sent the wrong rda on the other, sent him an email and messaged him on facebook, was told to send it bk at my expense even though it was his mistakes and could take up too two weeks to sort out, no sorry or offer to send a bag of spares so fuck him not using him again

Interesting. I ordered a load of stuff recently. Including a couple of RDAs. I over tightened one of the post screws and bust the negative terminal, on one. I contacted Ralfy, the reply saw swift. they said they’d be happy to replace the entire RDA, for postage cost. Now remember, I broke this, it wasn’t faulty. So as I wanted some of their juice I popped in an order.
Interesting difference between our two experiences.

Honestly mate I wanted a candy pink apocalypse gen 2 and couldn't find a authentic in that colour so ordered a clone off him and it came with jacked up screw heads and traces of juice under the clamps and under the posts

I sent them a nice polite email asking if they was a mix up with stock as the one id received was used and asked how I could return it for a new one and they never bothered to reply so I drew a line under it and moved on as it wasn't worth the effort for a cheap clone RDA but I won't use them again so it's cost him about £60 a month
