@Mark - I take issue with your reporting of that night. Me and my homeboys were only going to ask you for a light and you were all ready to cave our swedes in! :D

Ah my mistake. I didn't see any POTV hoodies, sorry mate ;)

Can I suggest if you are going to use a mod as a weapon, you only use the brass M16. This baby is heavy and is built like a tank! ;-) I am joking of course.

this is like theyre intentionally bringing the ecig into it making sure to mention it purposely i remember as a lad going down the local field with my mates to play cricket and id have my cricket bat on me and i never tried to batter anyones melt in with it tthe point is these bangers will use whatever is handy to cosh someone the ecig disnt need to be mentioned. I also used to walk down the driving range with my golf club with me and i never used it as an offensive weapon.
nothing is an offensive weapon unless it is in the wrong hands.

Interestingly, a newspaper when opened out, rolled tightly and folded in half makes a weapon known as a "Millwall Brick". Having been repeatedly hit round the head with one in my younger days, I can attest to the fact that they hurt a lot and leave bruises. Maybe they should ban the Lancashire Telegraph?

Stephen Parker, prosecut-ing, said the hand bag had substantial weight to it, was leather and, if held by the handle, it was, to all intents and purposes, a weapon.

There Meg, corrected it for you!
