I've seen a few enquiries about this, so I thought I'd share this.
The hard work has been taken out by TPA/TFA with their Pancake concentrate, which smells just like the original juice.
From there, it's just a case of tinkering. I added toffee, maple syrup, buttercream and vanillin, and it's remarkable how much it's developed in 24 hours.
It isn't going to fool anybody just yet, but it's very nice and is the sort of juice that's going to improve with steeping so I'd definitely recommend it to DIYers who are fans of the original juice.
