Panzer dilema

So i'm having a bit of a rush of plop to the head and can't for the life of me remember what way i'm supposed to turn the locking ring on my Panzer to unscrew it (remove the bottom section from the rest of the tube and access the button). If i'm holding the mod horizontal with the atomiser end on the left and the button to the right which way do i have to turn the ring? Away from me or towards me? I've been here before and made the mistake of tightening rather than unscrewing and had to get the rubber gloves and mole grips out. I'm looking for an easier solution this time Any help greatly appreciated.

If you want to remove the button section, its lefty loosey... If you want to unlock the button it's righty loosey... Hope that helps.
