Perfect GTL Tank, it isnt
Still the best I have found tho.
Its problem is that the rubber bung underneath the all glass tank
leaks juice onto the Tank contacts and every 3 or 4 fills these
have to be dried
Been Vaping since 2012 and never have found a Tank that did not
have a problem of one sort or another.
The GTL is such a good design that I am staying with it.
Am looking forward to GTL mark 2 maybe they will fix the problem.

I'll bite, being a fisherman.
Do you vape DTL or MTL.
There are many new tanks that from even Dingus brands over the yrs have upped their game big time.
Zero leaks from bottom air flow now and some amazing top air flows which both, top and bottom, the coils last like crazy.

I am a MTL Vaper. The Tank I used before the GTL was the Zlide Tank,
It was then the best found but did have a coil problem with dry hits and
having to prime the coils was messy.
and also it would leak small amounts when laid on flat surfaces.
The GTL dont have any of them problems, still not perfect tho and
the coils aint cheap and only last 5 or 6 days.

Maybe try the Nautilus 3 tank. No leakage and the 1.6ohm coils vaped at 12 watts last me about 3 weeks.

My favourite supplier (e cigarette direct) is out of stock of the Nautilus 3 tank.
Plan to get one with 1.8 ohm coils soon as they in.

If you're on nauty tanks, I strongly recommend the 1.0 mesh coil for MTL if you haven't tried it already. The flavour is so much better than the 1.8/1.6 coils.

I've found over the last few years that aspire coils are average at best,i never got a decent flavour with my nautilus 3 tank, thats why i finally gave up with aspire tanks. Now i use either the original zlide or the zlide top tank with either a .6 duo prime coil or the .8 z coil, both usually last a good while with good flavour.

The GTL tank only offers 1.2 ohm coils max, does have a great glass top drip tip tho.
Been onto ebay and ordered a Nautilus 3 tank and 5, 1.8 ohm coils for best throat hit.
Also ordered 2 extended clear plastic drip tips.

What we used to put up with when Smoking, coughs, poor health etc.
To compare with my Vaping journey there is no contest. Vaping is much better,
despite all the duff chinese designs and bonkers uk legislation
My current Vape is the Nautilus 3 Tank and I judge it to be the market leader of the day.
As a heavy Vaper, 30 ml a day it isnt the cheapest to opperate and when the vacuum in the Tank is
spoiled it will spill a little, am getting the hang of it tho (am a slow learner)
Vaping today is more of a Skill and less of a Hobby as it once was.

I have found that a lot of people mistake condensation for leaking, i am not saying this is the case for you @PJ Hearne but it does happen, and yes you can get condensation in Tanks especially Pod Tanks that are Mainly see through Plastic with a Rubber Grommet to hold the juice in. Most Materials used in Vaping Gear can suffer with Condensation in certain Temperature Environments, i read about this a while ago and although i haven't noticed it on RTA's etc i have had it happen on Pods and Pod Type Tanks.
