pg/vg

Hi I have been trying different recipes for a while now with limited success maybe 2 or 3 good results out of twenty or so attempts the ones that are ok the taste seems to diminish very quickly is it the pg/vg nic I'm using?

Hi dragons blood was my starter mix some time back the taste was great made some more recently with vg/from a different vendor however I have used this same vendor before with some good results don,t know if there is such a thing as a bad batch. always make at 60/40 vg/pg since using this new lot of vg every juice seems to be harsh and the taste is not the same as previous mixes

What percentage nic and flavour concentrate are you using? Is it a new flavour concentrate or have you had the same one for a long time?

Harsh could indicate the Nicotine as opposed to being from the VG, I've never known a VG from anywhere to be harsh, it's used as a cough soother all over the place. Did you change the nic at the same time?

6mg nic flavors are tfa

Hi yes did use a new nic but have used before DS

OK so I've not heard of bad vg or pg affecting flavour maybe vape some neat vg or just pg/vg and see if it tastes dodgy. At a guess more likely the nic or flavours are the issue.
