I've had an email from a factory about ceramic wick but they're asking things like...

"Please tell us use condition, working temperature, detail size and evaporation"

What's the wick size for the biggest genesis?

How hot is a dry burn?

Wick rate?

Condition wtf?

3mm is the biggest I think.

Use condition would be : Heating up liquid to "boiling" point. Question them, will the ceramic hold up under intense heat. See this video.



For reference

a dry burn would be the heat of the coil in ohms....1.6 to 3.0 ohms I would think.

But it will melt coz the wire is gonna be wrapped around it too insulate it from the mesh

Ahhh didn't realise u were just gonna insulate the hole thought you wanted to put the coil over it no it won't melt if you just do the hole although you'd be just as well buying a ptfe bush for it

Width wise we need 2mm and 3mm I'd say
