POTV at Vapefest 2015

Vapehunt - A scavenger hunt around the site collecting a list of items ( a vendors signature, a drip tip cover and so on ) or for a slightly more complex version cryptic clues to find other clues to the eventual hidden prize.
Quiz show - pick a quiz show format like the price is right or play your cards right ( that's how out of touch I am with modern quiz formats ) and set aside a specific time on Saturday evening so everyone can make sure they are there. Family fortunes style would be quite good as it allows for many people on each team and you could use all vape related question polled throughout the day.

I'm not sure I can get to vapefest this year as I've already booked 2 weeks off for my first holiday for 20+ years. I think one of my customers has got me down for vapefest weekend and I can't kick them around any more than I already am (August is their busy work time) but I'm hoping their other walker can cover one of the days and I'll do the other. If I can get there then put me on the list

Judging by last years event the one thing everyone will want is somewhere to sit and relax, especially with it being over two days. So I think the Chairs and tea urn are a great idea.
So my proposal is Chairs, the comfier the better!, Tea / Coffee, A table for coiling / wicking / running repairs, and battery charging facilities.
There should probably be some kind of computer station too, preferably to showcase the forum and get folks to sign up and / or make posts...
Lot's of other fabulous ideas being posted too but I think the basics would cover it...
