Day one almost transparent by day 3 it `s this colour.
Its supposed to be a mix of the famous custard recipe. Not sure what I did wrong but it tastes superb. Nothing custardy about it, more like wine

I have a custard production line going
I mix 100ml every 2-3 weeks, that way i can leave some at the back, 3 month old custard is amazing
