Premade custom concentrates?

Okay so I've had a look on Eliquid recipes and seen there's a company that will premix concentrates for you to save buying single flavours of you know what you need and want to make think it was called vape crafter or something. Is there a uk version that does similar? It's just getting some concentrates appears to be a pain.
