Turns out that to use a Santander Card for online shopping you HAVE to have a mobile phone! To verify your card they send you a code by text to put in and then it works. Thankfully I have a mobile but not everyone does,I don't remember them sending me anything telling me this but I probably just didn't read what they did send me it's easy to just quickly scan and not notice some things! All sorted now so should be good to go again.

All sorted now, was just a random fraud assessment check. They assured me it was nothing to do with your payment system @Lee
