Pro tank 3 head?

Hello all im looking at replacing my heads on my kanger pro tank 3. The ones in the market place and on other websites are a different size. The stem on top seems a lot taller on the ones on sale. Can someone help me pls.

My spare Aerotank coil fitted no problem with the stem in place, the Protank 3 coils didn't come with the stems though for some reason just the heads.

Is the higher ohm rating give more or less vapour?
