anyone who bought this kit from us should stop using the USB wall adapter with immediate effect.

That's very decent of you but I'll just chuck mine in the bin. I've got more chargers than I know what to do with.

Same as above. I stripped mine down first to see what the problem was. Seemed to be very poor solder joins between the pcb and mains pins.
