Profile 1.5 RDA Question :)

I am just curious as people have been stating too me that the profile 1.5 mesh rda can be used with normal coils, although i dont really understand how that works as its nothing like any other rda i have used like the drop dead etc, there are no tall posts and stuff so how would you work around building normal coils onto it?

You pre-cut the legs and drop one leg into the clamp on one side and one leg into the clamp on the other side simple as that. Performs so well with mesh though that you'll probably never use a coil in it to be honest.

Yeah i know the only reason i wanted to use a coil is because I do not have any of the mesh strips left, dont get paid until wednesday so gonna have to go without them until then haha. I guess ill attempt it with normal coils, what's the worse that can happen ;p

Ahhh fair enough, just try to get it so it looks somewhat like the below image.

I've got a slight concern. as im still kinda new to rda's etc, the only coils i've got are kernal coils i believe they are called, would that still be okay or would that be dangerous?

Kernel/kernel is usually just another word for what core the coil has, so it's probably some sort of Clapton. Have you got any other info/a link to them? Very unlikely to be dangerous (*assuming you're not using a mech mod) but you'll want to know the material incase it's a wattage/temperature control only coil.

idk it says "pre built coil .3 ohm serpert coil kernal: 28ga*32ga A1 Wrapped: 22GA A1 Diamond mist 10pc"

the legs and stuff on them arent like other ones instead of it being straight down its like wrapped around it or something idk how to explain it but its not just smooth metal ;/

The A1 denotes Kanthal. The resistance is fine to use. Take it's these coils https://www.vapeclub.co.uk/vape-coils/diamond-mist/0-3-ohm-premade-serpent-coils
