Hello again.
Ok I have called this thread Project Mechs because I’m still waiting for parts to finish them.
I have been playing with a few different styles lately and am settling for something like in the pics.
Please bare in mind the mods I make are Mechs. I don’t do electronics because I don’t understand all that sort of thing.
First up is Beech.
Takes a single 18650 cell. All new copper internals every thing hand made.
Next is Silver Birch.
This I cut from the log pile. I was sitting outside having a toot and the old brain started wandering.
Once waxed ( credit to @vapesmarter ) this will look stunning.
Next is made from Willow.
Now this wood I would normally overlook as it holds so much water and is a pain to air dry.
Not fully sanded but gives you the idea.
I like the colours in the wood.
Last one for now is spalted Silver Birch. Again from my logpile.
These mods will be made up to see how they perform as soon as the 510s and bottles turn up. Cost for these style will be around 70 quid to your door.

ditch that crap spray finishes so many people use and reach for the wax !!!! uk woods too ticks all the boxes well pleased for you
