Non delivery and the customer service was shocking only getting mony back after paypal got involved That was my personal problem with them

and i know others on here have had probs as well, the goods are sent from Wales but the office is near Southend on sea

No problem, i know that when firms are dealing in large ammonts of goods things will go wrong from time to time, so in the end it was about the after sales or lack of it in my case that got my back up
