Pure sucralose

I was going to make my own sucralose flavouring from pure sucralose powder as im using alot of PA , but am unsure about what to dilute it in, is it normal/OK to dissolve sucralose powder in PG?

Just reading the label on my bottle of Sweetener from Chef's Vapour. It's made in the US by Flavor Apprentice.

Contents: PG, flavourings, water

If I wanted to replicate this to save money, I'd be making a saturated solution of sucralose in straight PG.
Could possibly do the same with Stevia.
