Questions about my first ever coil and wick

I've got a lava tube with a kayfun lite clone,on the factory fitted coil and wick which I used for 3 days was showing at 2.6 v on my tube was ok but not very flavoursome, I built a 6 coil wrap and used pure cotton wool as the wick,wow the flavour is amazing, well chuffed ,but now showing as 1.4v ,I have no ohms meter at moment but gotta wait til I get paid, what does the drop in v mean on the lava tube?

Whats showing as 1.4v? The coil will be measured in Ohms not V.


The lavatube should stop firing when the battery gets to about 3.6 but I have seen them go down to about 3.4...


I dont think the Lavatatubes can fire at 1.4v either.
