Rained off work this morning, was make up a couple of juices. Recently got some Capella graham cracker v2. I was gonna add it to a custard, maybe with some orange to make a kind of orange custard cream. Would this possibly work? I've not worked with graham cracker before, any tips on how much to use? And if adding it to a custard with an additional flavouring would you drop the amounts used to make the base custard slightly, or keep them as they are? Anyone have any tried and tested recipes using graham cracker? Many thanks all.

Funny enough just recently made a StrawberryCracker using the V2
I used 15% DV Strawberry and 5% Graham Cracker. I found it allowed the Strawberry to shine on the inhale and the biscuit/slight cinnamon on the exhale. 5% of the cracker in this mix was enough for me but not sure if it will be enough against custard. But I always try to keep at 20% max concentrate when making juice with the odd exception.

Cheers bud, think I'll lower the strength of the custard slightly, allowing the extra flavours without having total flavourings going sky high!
