My secret ingredient in doughnut blends is none other than tfa wintergreen, I start at 5 drops per 10 ml of juice, gives a fried taste and takes away the play doh effect, its use is though still at an early stage of development. For strawberry and raspberry I use inawera, I add towards the end of a steep, not when I first make the juice.
