re-making Lost Vape Epetite doors

Woudln't be too hard (says somebody who's never done it) to glue a nice bit of wood on a fabricated door?

That said I like the glossy angle too, looks really good.
 
The panel is cut from the inside face, once its cut I might be able to make a jig ( so that it lays flat on the cnc bed ) to cut a pocket on the outside face for panels made of a different material i.e. wood, but it would be very thin , a bevel is almost the last thing , these are just getting the dimentions right . I have some ABS pin seal sheets that I want to make my final panels with , I'll attach a pic.
