Rechargeable ohm meter

Guys do any of you have a rechargeable ohm meter? Last night I went to put mine on charge after a vino or so too many.... And stupidly tried shuving the micro usb in to charge it upside down, which resulted in me pushing the charge port inside the device...... I have just ordered a new one, but figured this must be pretty easy to fix, but there's no internal screws so I can't figure out how to open it up.... Do I pop a side out??? I thought if I can fix it an then test it for a while, if it's fine I can pop it up as a prize draw.... It is bright pink tho lol.

Yeh have literally just come out on fast tech but I've had it for about three months. Oh n Fast tech don't stock the PINK one lol, I bought it because it's rechargeable and PINK ha ha.

I just popped the ends off, it has like thick plastic covers glued over the metal plates where the screws are, the charge port has snapped clean off of the board so will need soldering. I won't be soldering it... Lol it still has charge in it, so I'll keep hold of it until my new one arrives, but if any one would like it, either to fix and keep it for themselves, or to fix it and then give it away in a free draw, then either comment here, or pm me ;-). It's too good to just throw away, nice little device if you like bright PINK lol xx

Quick question, but, what batteries does it take? Maaay be interested purely as I killed my.last one trying to adjust the centre pin... plus... I'm a sucker for pink.... xD

If it's not a normal battery, then... is the charging board easily accessible?

I don't think its a normal battery, pretty sure it's a flat square one, I'll open it up again and take a pic for you. It's a really nice device if you can fix it. Not sure how much battery life it has left. I'll PM you as soon as my new one arrives and post it off to you. Xx
