Yeah big shame I haven’t either,
maybe asking to much from them, but I work for a company that is aways pushing customer service, guess I expect the same from others,( and not having to raise a PayPal dispute, because lack of response)

what happened with fog star? they just didn’t rely to your email enquiry? if it was just that i would order the batteries. especially if you can’t find them anywhere else.

Don’t worry sure you’ll be fine, bit petty really order came very quickly, just I paid a bit extra for them wrapped, but they came without been asking for a refund (just for the extra I paid) but no response, wouldn’t be so bad but it’s the 5th time they’ve done it,
Totally blanking me, don’t even get there discount code emails anymore

i just had a look, doesn’t look good at all. especially their responses. it’s sad to see, i always found them easy to deal with and never had any problems but haven’t had any need to be buying batteries for a year at least.

Lost the plot, forgotten where they came from, got too big too fast to supply and provide customer care, not enough staff.....it's a shame, I suspect sales of wee batteries are well down with the continued rise of the pods.
