Recommended MTL setups please?

So it looks like my 2 choices are:

1. Aspire Zelos 3 Starter Kit with Nautilus 3 Tank (with a skinny drip tip - the long one looks like a clarinet!!)

2. Innokin zlide tank with the Geek vape aegis mini m100 mod

Which one do you think?

The zelos 3 tank has more air flow control than the zlide,and the Geek vape mod imo is the better mod,waterproof,dust proof etc.confused?lol.my choice....zelos 3 tank with the geekvape mod.shop around online though.

I'm finding even chain smoking the ecigs just aren't taking away the cravings ...maybe I should up the nicotine level from 12mg?

When I first started I used 18mg nicotine, and then for a long while after I dropped to 12mg I kept some 18mg handy for craving 'emergencies'. It worked, partly because of the nic, but also I think because of the 'reward' thing. It felt like I'd gone up a level when I needed to.

Personally i would get the s100 because of the removable battery, the thing is pretty small already, the new one is the size of the old mini.

But if u dont want to deal with batteries, yes, thats a very fine choice for a mod

Edit-i was just holding em side by side, and the s100 is smaller than the old solo, but the old mini i think is still a little smaller, as will be the m100 i assume

If you want to go with Aspire and the wide range of Nautilus coils the Nautilus 3 tank is a very good choice but you could consider its little brother the Nautilus 3 22mm which comes with the Zelos X kit assuming you're ok with an external battery.

I had a similar thing when I first stopped smoking. What worked for me was 18mg nic liquid, a very tight draw / airflow, and taking longer (~5 sec) draws before pullng it down for the throat hit.

Also finding a liquid that I really liked the taste of.
