Hi everyone just curious what are you building on this set of kit, I have tried 0,3 and 0,6 ohm with 24 awg 30mm coil and I think 0,3 is the best even on 40-45 watts but I want to try something else can someone recommend me something?

0.30 Ohm's is ideal but what wire are you using? SS316? Ni80? or something else?

This stuff is perfect for most of my setups, single or dual coil.

Plus you can get the Pulse in TC mode with this wire to get even better results.

But if you're happy to stick with wattage only then Coilology 7 in 1 pack Ni80 is a great selection, almost all of the coils work well in the Recurve.

brochrome n80, Now I have 0,44 with 7 wraps and on 35-45 w its not really enjoyable, I will be coming back to 0,35-0,3

Sounds to me like you have have a good setup already at 0.30 ohm's though a thinner gauge wire might improve it.

But if it was me and found the sweet spot I would stick to that, unless you want to discover the enjoyment of TC vaping and get some SS316L wire.

Yes need to building as well, received my kuro coiler so I have made a lot of coils to practice wasted a lot of wire as well, but someone always needs to start somewhere :2thumbsup: going to build 0,35 today will see how it goes but been on 0,33 for all day and I really enjoyed it on 40 watts.

Just shoved a 0.30 SS316L build in my recurve on the Pulse, about 40 - 45 watts seems to be the sweet spot, but flipped it into TC mode, 220c 60 watts and it's a much smoother vape without dry hits.

Yeah been there and wasted tons of wire, but since I started using Fasttech wire is so cheap I don't mind playing around more.

I've recently been hand wrapping my coils on a coil rod, far less waste as I do it off the spool so almost no waste, but the coil jig is more enjoyable.

Either way enjoy your experimenting, it's a great buzz when you stumble across a great build.

I did my first coil by wrapping it by hand and it was perfect, find it harder on the jig tool somehow it's really annoying because when im wrapping it on the jig the wrapping comes on each other so its frustrating

Thanks for the coil recommendations. I have went and got the Coilology 7 in 1 Ni80. On my last OE Recurve coil. This is my 1st rebuildable set up. Loving it.

What difference does the internal diameter of the coil make to your vaping experience, ie between 2.5mm & 3mm ID?

Smaller diameter means lower ohm for the same wire (less material). Some RDA's work better with smaller coils due to reduced chamber size & restricted airflow.
