Don't know where this came from?? Last week Royal Mail were successful in obtaining a temporary injunction against the planned strike action in the high court, our union and RM now have to go into mediation, this process will take approx 8-9 weeks, by which time if RM haven't made any acceptable offers then our mandate for industrial action still stands and industrial action could take place before xmas.
