Some Kanthal and some wick or Mesh. I have tried both in mine and both work well for me. You are pushing your luck now It`s a great atty M8 honestly, if you buy it and do not get on with it I will give you what you pay for it.

You have a VV/VW or ohms checker so that you can check the resistance of any coils you make do you?

Well you can make your coil on something which you will see in this vid at about 1.25 Entirely up to you, once you have the coil in place you can either use cotton or use a wick to twist down through. Some will make a mesh wick wrapped on something like an 18gauge needle. Oxidise the mesh, push the mesh and the needle into the hole and then wind your coil around that first before pulling out the needle. Or you could use the needle method and wrap the wire around the mesh first before inserting it into the tank, just a case of whichever method suites you best really.

No problemo @wuz_uk I do in fact have a cotton wick in mine as we speak, I have not drilled the air hole as it suites me just fine. The coil is .28 Kanthal at 1.4ohms, the wick soaks up my own VC a treat and it vapes like a good un.
