Rx200+aromamizer problems

I've just got a reuleux rx200 and have been having a few problems with it but only with my steamcrave aromamizer. I did my normal build on the aromamizer coming out at 0.2 and put it on my rx, all it keeps saying is atomizer short, it works fine on my vt200, snowwolf, and old isticks. I have 5 other rta's and a couple of drippers all with similar builds and they all work fine on the rx. I've tried everything, adjusted connector on the tank and that, got it to work once but then it just stopped again. Help me please!!!!

What volts is it coming out at? I know it shuts off at 9v

It is saying 9v before it say atomizer short but on everything else it's reading about 3.5

I know why its cutting out then, saftey feature shuts it down when it hits 9v, the question is why is your build reading so high, any leads touching or hitting chimney?

No, it reads 9v at 50w but if I drop the watts to like 20 it reads 3v but still shorts and there's plenty of space between build and deck. I'm just doing a build with some 24 gauge kanthal about 0.3 so I'll see what happens

I know why its cutting out then, saftey feature shuts it down when it hits 9v, the question is why is your build reading so high, any leads touching or hitting chimney?[/QUOTE new build 0.3 still saying the same, just put the deck on to pulse and shape the coils and it still won't fire so must be a connection problem cause as I say all my other tanks work on the rx and the aromamizer works on all my other mods. I've adjusted the pin buy still no joy, I'm at a total loss.

Hmm have you double checked your screws are in tight, if loose some times when fired the coil will move and possibly hit chimney

Checked everything over and over. I just got it working but then it cut out again, I took it off and reconnected and it worked again, left it for 5 mins and it did it again. I give up. Gutted tho cause I got the black MOD to go with my black tank and it looks mint. Never mind, thanks for your help.

@stussy76 I get this with the Aeronaut on the RX200 if I over-tighten it.

Does the connector on your rx have a lot of movement cause hardly moves at all, but I've had no problems with any other tank
