Strange its only happening with this tank :/, maybe try adjusting pin up or down if its adjustable

Yep done it, the screw is lose so you wind it out and as you wind the tank on it winds itself back in.

ive got a 0.13 build in my crius on the RX200....... mind its NiFe so its in tc

Yes, it moves about a fair bit. I find I can only get it stable if I pull up on the atty as I screw it down and don't screw it totally tight, maybe 1/4 turn less than that.

That's likely the source of the problem, the centre pin is going too far in so as you screw the atomiser right down it connects to both the centre pin and the outside thread of the 510. You need to ensure that the centre pin of the 510 on the atty stays proud of the threading on the atty otherwise you're going to get shorts. I have the same problem with a Taifun GT2 on the SX Mini M class, the sprung pin is just too strong and turns the centrepin of the 510 as it's screwed on to the mod...

ive got a 0.2 in the smok on an RX no issues if that helps or not i dont know
