Rx300 screen won't turn on!?

Thought I'd somehow turned stealth mode on, but I've tried every button combination known to man, still no luck.. The device still works, I'm vaping on it right now.. But the screen is just black. Took the batteries out, put them back in, done all the simple fixes and nothing seems to work.. Anyone know what the problem might be?
 
Have you checked the manual to make sure stealth mode is definitely off?

If it is off, and you are still experiencing this problem, it might be time to return it I am sorry to say :(. At least it will still be within warranty though being a fairly new device.

It's new, but I ordered it from China.. Does that affect warranty?

Just realised how stupid this makes me sound lol. They're a Chinese company to start with. [emoji23] I mean, however, it's purchased off AliExpress rather than its ordered from China.
 
Hi it just says for stealth mode on / off
When on press fire button and the left regulatory button together and hold

Haha, no worries there. I do find warranty issues easier to solve with UK companies, but have dealt with some Chinese companies before, but not AliExpress.

I imagine they will probably want a video showing the problem sent to them, but if the screen is broken make sure you do get a replacement while you can.

Got the zelos on pre order, so won't be sending this off anywhere until it's arrived.
