Ok, I have never used Safercigs, simply because I have never got around to using them.
Now, I volunteered to review a new product for them, the UD AGI Tank and Dripper, and was lucky enough to get picked. But before I start on that review, I really think that I need to comment on my experience of them from confirmation of that email.
4th April 2012, I received an email from SaferCigs stating that the parcel was out for delivery and would be delivered on the 5th April. Address was clearly shown, along with a couple of options, 1 to click, if I wished for it to be delivered to a neighbour or 1 if I wanted to reschudule the date of delivery because it was inconvenient.
After a slight consideration, I bribed my daughter to come around and house sit, so this parcel could be received. All is well.
At 08:11 today, I received an email stating delivery would be made between 13:52 & 14:52, and again options for a neighbour or a different day. Aha, now I dont need to bribe daughter, and all deals are off
At 13:58, I got a knock on the door and greeted by a professional looking and very cheerful delivery man, I am sure he would of given me a hug if I had asked for one (Man Hug of course!) After exchanging pleasantries in respect of the likelihood of Bristol City staying up this season, he left me, holding my parcel.
Now I am aware that this is service given by Interlink and not Safercigs, but I think it is worth pointing out that Safercigs have taken the time and effort to source a different supplier to Royal Fail for some or all of its products, and this reflects in the art of Customer Service. After all, we have all at sometime purchased products off of good vendors, only to be left with a bitter taste of Royal Fail in our mouths, although this is of no fault of the vendors.
Now I started to unwrap my parcel, and out plopped the following: -
This was a A5 leaflet, and on one side, explained about the dangers of Nicotine and medical advice. On the other side was detailing the proposed EU legislation. Now I can say, that I have never received a leaflet like this before, and if I was a new user, I have concise information, and can act against the legislation threat.
Now on opening the second jiffy bag, the following fell out: -
Again, some excellent information, and Yes I have received business cards from all of the better vendors I have used, but it is a really nice touch, because you dont feel 'on your own' and you know there is someone there to contact if you encounter a problem.
So a quick summary: -
Pros.
Communication - Excellent
Delivery - Superb - +1 for the hindsight of not using Royal Fail
Packaging - Excellent
Contained Information - Excellent
Customer Experience - Excellent
Cons.
None as of yet!
Summary.
I cannot fault any experience yet with this vendor. Very easy to use, and no bitter aftertaste
