Ok, I feel compelled to write this review, after the last 24 hours.
Now I have to be honest, I have never made it a secret, that their are several vendors out there that I absolutely love using, and in recent light of the negativity some vendors have been getting, its only right that we re-address the balance, when legendary customer service comes into play.
Yesterday afternoon, I wanted to get an IGO-F, and after searching around, everywhere was out of stock, so I set up a 'notify me' with Safercigs.
I merrily went about my business, when I saw a thread on here talking about the IGO-F, and I jokingly put on that thread that I wanted one, but they were out of stock everywhere.
Within 15 minutes, Daz had added them to his site, and PM'd me to state that he had done so. So off I toddled put one in my basket, used the 10% discount, though I felt guilty, and used interlink delivery, that is cheaper my I hasted to add, than most vendors charge for 1st class signed for!! Total time from when I put the original message until I received my despatched email.......................54 minutes!!!!!
I received loads of updates via SaferCigs and Interlink over the next few hours updating me on everything, and I received this package, less than 20 hours after I had enquired about them.
