Separating Toonz

Help!!!
I've been using Toonz for 6 months+ 10% flavouring in the mix and never had any issues with it. A damn good shake then stand it in the sink full of hot water until it goes cold and it's always been good to go. I get through it like it's going out of fashion so I generally make 200ml at a time.
The last two batches won't mix. I discovered this when I took a hit of neat flavouring. It's a tad harsh!!
Shaking, stirring. Even put the stuff in the blender (I need a new blender, the wife isn't happy that everything tastes of Toonz now)
Any suggestions?

Are both batches from the same bottle of flavouring? Bad bottle perhaps? Is there any other constant that could have gone bad?

I've got another bottle of concentrate. Fingers crossed this one behaves.
