I agree @Crewella I love the look of a well used mod, I’m sure there’s plenty of life left in your little Pico, @instantlady they’re virtually indestructible.

This started as a review of a cheap as chips mod with a Great board then turned into a project.
I ended up ordering myself one for me but I'm using the review mod for my project as obviously the other may take some time to arrive.
The idea was a decent mod that I can use for mtl duties when away for the weekend using a stock coil tank.
I ended up buying the taifun/aspire nautilus to compete my long battery life, decent vape easily replaced kit.
Started here.

Now were here.

Basically a budget yihi for about thirty quid including the wrap.

Funny enough I nearly order the carbon finish as it's the same price but the base, too and front panel are black paint so I went with the metal based one and thought, the uglier the better. To show these monsters can be fixed.

Yeah. I usually use the bronze croc skin as it lasts forever but wanted to try the brown leather finish.
You've got the same basic mod as the yihi g class minus the ridiculous Bluetooth.
The metal is obviously alloy rather than steel but it's a £150 saving and vsticking is made by yihi sx. I actually prefer the size as it's not much bigger than many of my single cell mods and very light. Sits fine in a pocket and is table stable.
I can take this to work for the weekend and not worry about charging plus stick a couple of spare coils in my pocket. If it breaks or gets lost its no biggie.I
Sometimes it's worth looking at a pig and thinking can I make it work for me. Had a feeling it would be half decent.
Nearly went with the big zenith on it but the new nautilus seemed right and once the 4.5ml pei tank is fitted it will be even more in scale.
