The Vertex is a solid tank @John R

Is that an Artemis above it? I really like mine but, I don't know if I'm stupid, but I keep loosening the base when I refill. I try & hold the top section when I unscrew the top cap but I always seem to nudge the threading on the base & get leaking unless I take the tank off the mod every time & tighten it back up

I find it a nightmare. Everything moves except the bit that you want.

What worked for me was vaselining up the airflow ring and the thread you want to open (to rebuild). Then tightening up the airflow insert bit like a mofo.

I will probably pay for that if I ever want to change the airflow pin.

I honestly thought it was just me, fantastic tank but God, is it annoying. I've never known a tank unscrew itself when screwing it onto a mod

I've had it apart a few times & really tightened everything up but after time it works itself loose but when I rebuild it, I'll tighten up the insert a bit more

For me the bits that I often want to access/adjust (i.e. build deck, airflow ring) were quite tightly threaded, but airflow pin bit was looser and naturally inclined to come loose. Now I've lubed up the tight bits and used a grip cloth to jam shut the airflow pin section as tight as possible... it actually works beautifully.

I will pass on the red hot tip @Simon G was good enough to share... once you're set on your airflow pin, take something like an alan key and put it in the airflow and crank the bastard, won't move then :D

Throat hit off this guy is off the charts, leaves all my other tanks in the dust,

Looks nice that does. I was trying my sliver one out on the silver paradox last night. But it doesn't look quite as good because the silver of the P is a bit off.
It's a hard one to match that silver one. Settled on. Dvarw with blue drop tip to match the grip but still doesn't look right

I copied you and bought one because the dark one looks so nice with the pioneer, and I love the way the screen doesn't burn into your eyes when vaping in the evening, and because I saw it on VIP vapes for £25 with free delivery,
