it's not too bad to do say 6/10 on the spanner scale

but the possibilities of using a dna75c board is huge replay more accurate less battery drop

I've since been told the original screen is a cheap knockoff copy but in theory, it should work with the DNA but I didn't try it as I didn't have a spare screen

there is nothing stopping you using the old board's outer usb shield and inserting in the faceplate but it's tight your talking 0.15 of mil thick

i think it may be the other way around you may see lost vape release the lost vape DNA 75c or 100watt its tricky it fits too easy I expect it was designed a while ago then they with a cheaper board because of the 25 fewer watts on a dna75 but the DNA is a better board

Nice job Stu but as the usb is only going to be used to update the software then shouldn’t need to be accessed too often so you could place a little black rubber bung in there to keep it clean and the black should blend in with the faceplate!
Oh and it’s a USB C connector on the old board and micro USB on the DNA board.
