It maybe hard to find such a mod. The most common purchases are cheap Chinese mods which are not only "silicone lottery"(electronic board) but also poor quality check (soldering and such). Sure, there are Chinese mods that last for years but it's a matter of luck. I have a good old eleaf Pico 75w used daily for 3 years and despite looking all scruffy and battered it works fine.
If you want to increase your chances you have to invest in a reliable board(DNA, Dicodes) and look for a manufacturer known for excellent quality checks.

You might be better off trying something not so popular.
Popular = mass produced & mass produced usually means poor QC.
I seem to end up buying unpopular mods and they won't die so i can buy more.
Joyetech for example I've got four from them and although nothing special they're like Duracell so just keep going and never miss a beat.
For a twin battery mod see if you can get hold of a joyetech pd1865 they're solid and well build but very compact.
Think mine is well over two years old and in use every day.

If you don’t have a receipt, can you print off a page of your bank statement that shows when you bought it from them? Without a receipt they don’t have to do anything, you need to show you bought it there. I think you’ve just gotten unlucky Lene, hopefully they’ll manage to sort you out with a mod that will last a good while, go in and be a hardass :14:

The bank statement is enough, you just need a proof of purchase. How long have you had it @lene ? if it’s less than six months i’d be expecting a refund.

my husband he's coming with me so they don't bullshit me! not had it for nearly 2 months.

Aye I’d not settle for anything but a refund then. Tell them you have statutory rights and don’t take no for an answer.

The UK consumer rights act says that if an electronic device fails within 3 months, the seller has to either replace, repair it, or refund you.

Probably yes - but - did you pay cash or card, proof of buying by card should suffice.
Easiest thing to do is to take a picture of receipts on your phone. Then you will always have it if needed.
Just make a receipts folder in the documents section. A number of shops here advise us to do it in case the actual one gets lost.
