I recently got a NarCa clone. It's a bit of a bugger to coil and wick but flavour is on par with the Hadaly.

Castle is a 2 post deck fella. As for the wasp, my coil height is so you can just, just see through the airholes to the other side.

I'm a fan of the recurve, but since it's ruled out go for the sq, very underrated imo

No doubt about it the tobhino is loud but tasty.
The geekvape athena rda was exceptionally good and was overlooked so can be found quite cheap. Unlikely to leak either.
I'd add the o atty to that. Quieter than the narda/narca. Great flavour and a deep well. The armour v1 is fabulous as I'd the airlab (using one now) and I've heard nothing but good things about the castle.

I've tried most rda's of your list and Haku is my favourite. The airflow wide open seems perfect to me. No strange sounds, leaks etc. Hope it helps
