What's new

Smoant Pasito

Just alittle warning, I'm finding the paint is abit thin.

Been using it less than a week, fairly gently aswell but already has paint fade in a couple of spots where fingers rest when firing.

See - this is not something that would bother me in the slightest on this kind of device

If that the gunmetal? my black one hasn't got a mark on it yet.... not that I really care anyway. It's a £20 out and about beater as far as I'm concerned. :)

You and me both. It's a small, budget device that is going to get knocked and banged. As long as the bits that need to work keep working, and so far they have worked faultlessly, it is great.

Planning on buying another soon as FT have the RBA back in stock.

It's the Blue. To be fair, it's for my mother but until I see her next, seemed rude not to use it :)

Will be ordering a Gun Metal for myself soon.

Looks like squirrels have had a go at that one Chris [emoji16]

Not this time, just my fat fingers.

I swear you lot are a bunch of masochists, it’s the only explanation o_O I don’t think I’d be able to even see the screws on this build deck without a magnifier (on top of my glasses) :22:‘Tis madness I tell ye!

I've been living with this little pocket rocket for 5 days now. I've got the rba built and ready to go in, but I thought I'd see how long I can get out of the 0.6 stock coil first.

My first impressions are that it's a great little out and about device. The flavour is more than decent, it last all day on a charge and charges quickly. It can be slipped into a shirt pocket without any bulge and nobody would know it's there.

Seriously considering buying another and taking the 2 with me on holiday in September and travel light.

I thought the same when I got the pre sales pics @Leni but on arrival I was surprised to find very little difference between it and the recent kayfuns.
The side loading posts also turned out to be far easier to deal with as well. It keeps everything in place and tight while you screw down the wire.
It's easier to perhaps cut your coil with a long wire leg to wrap back into the second post but that's about the only negative on building.
The review one is about to move onto a new owner as my other two have arrived and it's spotless despite being used daily since arrival.
Still can't pick fault with it. The likes of lost vape will need to up their game.

A thread relevant to my interests! ;)
I've been waiting on a rebuildable pod device so picked myself up one of these babies plus a RBA from a UK vendor. I'm pretty impressed.
The RBA head, it's a little fiddly but I tend to find there's a bit of "getting to know you" with any rebuildable device. Isn't that part of the charm of RBAs?!
(I still mess up my skylines sometimes and I've been rebuilding them for 2 years, but maybe I'm just a ham fisted twonk) :D
I used the mystery wire that came in the enclosed bag of bits it came with it for a couple of practice coils before using my usual SS316. (I think the mystery wire was nickel based, maybe ni80. I use SS316 and Kanthal for everything and it looked distinctly different to those when dry burned).
I'll stick the RBA in once the 0.6 Mesh coil has died, been using that stock coil for a few days so far and it's been pretty tasty.
I'm pretty sure the screws on the RBA are M1.6 so are easily replaced with some better quality ones if they round off.

A couple of questions in case anyone knows:
1) Anyone cracked the pod using menthol/citrus/tank cracking juices? Or is it fine with those? I use RTAs with glass tanks so don't normally run into that problem, but held off using potential tank crackers in it till the spare pods become available.

2) Anywhere selling the spare pods yet? All the far eastern sites seem to be on pre-order till the end of the month, same with the UK vendors. I'd quite like a 3ml pod or two.

Otherwise, I concur, it's a little banger. Very impressed. Might have to get some vinyl and replace the panels, but for function and price I can't fault it.
