RH thumb fire, flip it over and RH forefinger fire, LH thumb fire, flip it and LH forefinger fire ... all comfortable positions with pinky tucked under.

I had a quick double check of my physiology ... mine are pretty good at gardening, rebuilding, typing, fixing mods and masturbating ... I do struggle with doing two or three of these activities concurrently but I've put that down to the slowness of my internet connection.
