From my own testing I wouldn't consider trting to find vtc cells. They are a pile of shit to be quite frank.

Look for samsung cells or if you crave high power, forget round cells, buy a hobby charger and build a lipo powered box mod with at least 8.4v. Mechs just cannot compete.
