So Chefs Vapour don't answer their phone then....

I'm looking for some SolubArome flavours along with Capella, FA and TPA.

Chef Vapour's website is a beast to navigate (you can't tell if something is OOS until you actually click on it) and most of their stuff is OOS.

I sent them an email and they made one of the items back in stock. I've probably tried to call them 3 or 4 times over the last two weeks but I can only assume they don't answer the phone, ever.

I thought CV was supposed to be good? What happened?

They are just busy fella if you want to speak to them iv found about 10 in the morning is the best time to ring

I swear by them. It is frustrating that they always seem to be out of stock on certain popular products though. Make up/order more dagnabit! Saying that I have always been able to contact them via Facebook. [emoji16]

Thanks for the feedback. I did get a fast (next day) response from Sophie via email who restocked one of the flavours I'm looking for but no luck on the phone.

I thought I'd try sending her my shopping list and asked her to email back when everything's in stock. Figured it was worth a shot!

I felt like I was making some headway with Sophie but she's let me down. I'm getting a bit frustrated tbh, I just want to order some bloomin concentrates.

Some companies have some ranges but not others, some are a lot more expensive than others and the one place that has most of what I'm looking for don't answer their phone and have highly variable stock levels.

On top of all that I just missed a 40% off sale which really irks me

I just want some flavouring at a reasonable price with a bit of customer service.

@schlinky have you checked http://thee-cigshop.co.uk http://vapourdepot.com and http://vapable.com, they all have fairly large ranges of concentrate. And like toby says i've never had a problem contacting chefs on facebook.

Are you a member of the Facebook group? They always respond quickly to questions on there.

I've never had an issue with their email comms speed mate although I do wish Sophie would have told me about the upcoming BH sale as I missed out big time there

Not for us yet, @MrTeaTime is supposed to be contacting them re. Vendor status. Only codes I know are for a closed mixing group.
