Agreed. I'm also a fan of FA ry4 & that is the same. By the time I've got through a 3rd of a bottle I have to water it down with vg. Normally end up doing that a few times.
Not a complaint. Great value really & a lovely flavour.

i really like FA ry4 as well. i think it is mostly unfairly dismissed but at the right concentration it’s great stuff.

whatever it is that gets stronger with time i think is the main ingredient in their latakia. all of the ones that have that note exhibit this, and with latakia even just a few drops in a mix if left
long enough it overpowers everything else.

I find that most tobaccos regardless of brand will keep steeping in over time. Some more than others but they all do it to an extent.

@zouzounaki ..... The FA RY4.. is that the Ry4 Legend??

i think so. mine is rebottled from chefs but i googled it, and the FA bottle looks like the first one i had when i started mixing.

Cheers mate the Ry4 Legend was the only one I could see when I ordered so figured it's got to be it..

i’m not sure it’s that popular but i always like it. if you get the amount right the tobacco isn’t super strong it’s more underlying, but has a pleasant “smokiness” and a nice caramel vanilla base. it’s good for mixing, especially with dark fruits like fig, raisin, plum etc.
