A very short and whole hearted thumbs up to Steve at SR Vapes in Loughborough who I've now dealt with on a few occasions.

The past twice I've dealt with him I've had lots of questions about what I was buying, what the best way to set them up was, warranty queries etc etc.. And each time I've emailed him he's either called me, texted me or told me he'll be back at whatever o clock and to phone him if I need to.

When you do speak with him there's no rushing you off the phone at all- quite the opposite, he likes a natter.

@MrDJ has a sterling list of UK suppliers for hardware of which I have used them all and agree they are all stellar,( I won't mention them here as that'd be unfair), but for me Steve is the king purely on his customer service.
I deal with many companies on a day to day basis, both personally and at work, and SR Vapes define good customer service in every respect.

Well worth a look as his prices aren't too shabby either.

Another massive +1 for SR-Vapes. Ordered a Sapor, changed my mind about the colour and had a brief email exchange with Steve who didn't have any in stock just then. Today he called me to apologize for Wotofo not sending him any of the right colour and assuring me it would be with me next week!

Total legend, thanks Steve. My job would be a piece of piss if everyone was like him.

He's good Nikki. There's a few others who I use too but Steve just adds a much more personal touch and really goes the extra mile to look after you.

Got to add my 2 pence to this, I purchased an able torpedo v2 kit last Saturday used the free postage option so expected to get it around today Saturday as it was Bank holiday Monday, But i was wrong. It actually arrived on Wednesday, so next day really.
I would recommend SRVapes to everyone and Steve is very good hinself. He even had time to thank me for letting him know My goods had arrived. The Able kit itself is bloody great, Can't complain about anything and it is now my favourite mech
So Thumbs up all round for Steve and SRVapes.
Buy from SRVapes and you will not be dissapointed you will be glad you did.
