SRVapes, top sellers.
I, like everyone else, like good service. I normally don't do a lot of shouting about it, but if I can contact a seller once I've received the item, I like to send a note thanking them. I'll also be over them like a rash if things ain't right. It's a balance thing.
SRVapes are in a different league !
I've been in the market for a new box mod, and spotted the Smok M80 on the SRVapes site @ £41.99. Decision made. Tuesday I noticed they where sold out. Panic ! I fire over a shout on Twitter, and asked if they'd be back in stock by Monday, if I'm honest, I wasn't holding much hope of a restock that soon. I got a reply within the hour, yes, they'll be back in, but not in all colours. RESULT. I'm not overly picky on colour, black normally gets my vote.
I then got another message today, updating with, all colours should be in stock by mid week.
After some DMs on Twitter, so I wouldn't miss this restock, (the M80s ain't lasting long on the shelf) they agreed to send me a PayPal invoice for the M80.
I'd call that, bending over backwards !
I've ordered other items from this company, every time it's been top service, and great prices. SRVapes know how to do customer service, and have very quickly become a trusted seller for me.
One to recommend for sure !

Another +1 for SR Vapes. Sorted an issue I had with the M80, via Twitter, and in less than 10 minutes after I contacted them

Another +1 for these guys. Order after order has came with excellent quality, and service and cracking prices. The latest, and noteworthy. I'd been chatting with them on Twitter before I ordered a couple of 18650 cells and 2 port charger. They told me they where on holiday, but any orders would be sent out on Thursday when they got back. (Today) we'd discussed postage (their free p&p is 1st class) but I said I'd put it through on 'next day' delivery. As expected, it arrived first thing this morning. It wasn't until I had them on charge that I noticed a slight problem. I'd been sent a 4 slot charger instead of the 2 slot ordered.
I fired a PM over in Twitter explaining the issue, and said if they let me know the price difference, I'd get it over to them. I got a reply, explaining that as I'd ordered on 'next day' and they'd been away, it was a complimentary upgrade to make up for the delay !!
That really is taking service to the next level.
Do yourself a favour next time your ordering something, check out SRVapes along with your normal 'usual suspects'.
