It's stupid and I think it might be illegal? How can they fire and suspend a driver for using something that contains no tobacco OR combustion!?

They can't fire him because he's self employed, they can suspend them from the road in 1-4 week increments.

Sounds like St Helens Council are a law unto themselves.

thats what i meant, suspend him or whatever it is they do. It still should be illegal...how can you remove someones right to work, when theyve not broken ANY law?
