Reason for wanting one:

I've tried James's non SS version, and after he fettled it it was a dam good vape, good flavour and a scary amount of vapour. The clincher was watching Carlos's face when he tried it, it read, fluck me....this was 20 quid????!!

Real world use:

It's very early days as I've only had it for a few hours. There are various ways of wicking it, but I followed @todd method which requires that you create a small groove where the wicks exit the channels and use 4No. 1mm wicks. The pins used to locate the coil are bloody TINY........you have been warned.

So far it's providing loads of flavour and sufficient vape. I say sufficient as it's nothing like James's version as I believe the air hole has been reduced in size. Now don't get me wrong, it's plenty of vape!

It hasn't leaked so far, but I'm filling it by inverting the cap with tank attached, filling it a third full, start screwing the base on, tip it the right way around and screw it up tight, so far so good.

It seems to be very well built (I was going to say "for the money" but that would be unfair) and it's VERY good value.

To summarise:

It's good, in fact very good, but fiddly. I would not recommend this unless you are prepared to tinker and try different wick arrangements until you find what suits you. In it's standard form it holds bugger all juice, I've not measured it, but probably about 1ml!!! Having said thet you can get the extension kit for about a fiver (I think it then holds about 4ml).

So far I like it, but will update after I've owned it for a while

OK, minor update:

I've found that because this has a spring loaded positive pin I can screw this down a lot further onto mi mod than any other atty - it closes the gap between the top of the mod and the base of the atty..........looks lots better. This is on a 20 quid SS atty FFS........take note kayfun etc, etc.

and.........

I tried to fill it as you would expect to, take top cap off fill it to within 2 mm of the top, screw the top cap back on. No leaks. You do get a bit of gurgling for the first few pulls, but that soon goes.

and........

I've cut off one of the pair of 1mm wicks that run down the channels, the theory was that two wick constricted the juice flow and it "seems" to have worked.

It seems "they" have made one or two changes to the original design that have made this a better atty.

I'll report back,
