looking at alot of mine they are 60/40 but i think anywhere between 50/50 to 70/30 PG /VG is the norm. looking at doing this myself within the next week also and already have my flavours lined up for what im going to make just need to get my vg and pg and nic base

With regards to meltol crystals I would mix them with PG. As these are strong mix 1 drop. At a time to your final mix to get the taste your after.
